Your FaceTime call may be caused by the following reasons. You can get rid of this problem by following these steps.

  • FaceTime audio and video calling may not be available in all countries or with a carrier.
  • FaceTime Saudi Arabia may not be used or displayed on products purchased including Dubai. By installing Saudi Arabia iOS 11.3 version or the next version, you can update your IOS version if you want to use FaceTime in Arabia or Dubai.
  • Call forwarding is also not used in FaceTime.
  • You may experience problems if you switch to a phone call or FaceTime call after FaceTime assignment.

If you can't make or receive FaceTime calls, if none of the above applies to you, follow the steps below.

  1. Make sure your device is connected to cellular data or WiFi.

  • If you get the message to activate, restart FaceTime.
  • If you can't get into FaceTime settings, go to Settings> Screen Time> Content or Privacy> Allow.
